Last Home Game

It is our last home game tonight against Rogers.  Girls start at 6:00 with the Boy's game to follow.  Any player that wears their youth program shirt gets in free.  See you tonight!

February 18 (week 6)

The 2nd through 4th graders worked on passing and transition defense at Brown while the 5th and 6th grades were at the Middle School.  I cannot currently find the results for week 6, but hopefully they will turn up soon.

February 25 will  be the last day for the winter program.  The coaches have had a great time with the kids.  The last day will include some review and competitions, as well as a mini tournament.  We hope everyone can make it.

February 11 (week 5)

Sorry to those of you following this site - we have been really busy.  Fortunately a snow day will let me catch up a little.

We worked on triple threat, body balance and using the pivot foot today.  This was some really good stuff for the boys to learn.  Hopefully they are putting it into their games.

February 4th (week 4)

What a beautiful day!  No snow to shovel or get off the shoes before heading into the gym.  The 2nd - 4th graders worked on ballhandling after reviewing the first 3 weeks of skills. 

Congrats to Gabe Johnson and Mason Muilenberg who were selected to be ballboys at Tuesday's home game.

Results from January 21

What a beautiful, although cold January day.  Inside the boys were trying to heat up the nets at Brown, working on shooting and layups.  5th and 6th grades focused on defense at the high school.  We had a lot of fun - see you next week.
